2. Kickstarter Crowdfunding

Loafy Seal will initially be available through Kickstarter. As per Kickstarter's guidelines:

• Before Campaign Ends: You may cancel your pledge at any time before the campaign ends. No charges will be applied.
• After Campaign Ends: Once the campaign ends and your pledge is collected, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Before Shipping: If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us at [email protected]. We will issue a full refund minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees.

3. Post-Delivery Returns

Once you receive your Loafy Seal:

• 30-Day Return Window: You may return your Loafy Seal within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
• Defective Products: If your Loafy Seal arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.
• Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective products, we cover all shipping costs.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Products returned after the 30-day window
• Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Products without original packaging
